Wonderful night coz’ this diner I finally able to taste for the very first time the famous Korean ramen noodles I had it for my diner though my husband refuse to eat it for he ask me to prepared a Cesar salad for himself. Anyway back to my ramus/ramen noodles it was yummy I added some vegetable and beef fillet for more taste and more healthy diner which ended turn to more delicious. While eating the noodles it feels like you are travelling into a historical culture of Korean community! What a weird thoughts so funny I guess I still have the influence of the soup. Some of us is use to eat spaghetti with creamy sweet sauce together with a cheese on top. But that thought all change after having experienced the spaghetti version of my mother in law. She still added a tomato sauce but she let it dry up together with the other ingredients paprika and carrots but of course she sauté first the garlic, onion, and meat after that she added last the carrots and paprika and cooked spaghetti noodles. So on eating time i was very stunt when they add chilly sauce on it instead of cheese. Hesitant to fallow what they did but with my curiosity I manage to try it my self and with my surprise i end up loving it. Very different than the usual spaghetti i tasted because of the spice.
